Shipping Containers – New (one-trip) and used containers in various sizes (20ft, 40ft, and high cube).
Container Homes – Fully converted homes made from containers, built for comfort, mobility, and efficiency.
Tiny Homes – Compact, fully livable homes built for simplicity, affordability, and modern living.

2. Are your containers new or used?

We offer both!
New (One-Trip) Containers are shipped from the manufacturer with one cargo load and are in near-pristine condition.
Used Containers have seen more use and may have some cosmetic wear, but they’re still structurally sound and weatherproof. Every container we sell is inspected for quality before delivery.

3. Do you offer customization for container homes or tiny homes?

Yes, we do. You can choose from pre-designed models or work with us on custom layouts, finishes, and features such as:

  • Insulation & climate control

  • Plumbing and electrical systems

  • Kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances

  • Exterior siding, decks, and roofing options

We’ll walk you through every step of the design and build process.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the product, delivery location, and access to the site. The total shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout. For remote or challenging delivery areas, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

5. How long does delivery take?

Here’s a general breakdown:
Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Local Deliveries: 1–3 business days after processing
Regional/National Deliveries: 5–10 business days depending on distance and route
Custom-built homes may require additional fabrication time. We’ll give you a timeline estimate during the ordering process.

6. What do I need to prepare before delivery?

Make sure your site is level, accessible by truck, and free of obstacles. If you’re unsure about access or site preparation, contact us—we can help coordinate logistics or recommend a local contractor to assist.

7. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Returns are limited, especially for custom builds or modified containers. Please review our Returns Policy for full details. If you have questions before purchasing, our team is here to help you make an informed decision.

8. What if my container or home arrives damaged?

While damage is rare, we take it seriously. If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and provide photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue per our Warranty Policy.

9. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on shipping containers, container homes, and tiny homes. This covers structural defects and major systems (electrical, plumbing, etc., if installed by us). Full details can be found in our Warranty Policy.

10. Do I need a permit to place a container or tiny home on my property?

Local regulations vary by city, county, and state. Some areas require permits for permanent placement or residential use. We recommend checking with your local building department or planning authority. If you need help understanding what might apply in your area, we’re happy to assist.

11. Can you deliver out of state or to remote areas?

Yes, we ship nationwide. For remote, rural, or challenging locations, please reach out in advance so we can coordinate specialized transport or provide a more accurate quote and timeline.
